Free scan reports stay live for 7 days, then they're removed. Until now, an expired report page kept saying "your report is still being prepared — refresh in a couple of minutes," forever. That was a lie, and we've stopped telling it.

What's new

  • Expired reports say so. A report page now checks whether your scan is genuinely still running. If it is, you see the preparing state; if the report is gone, the page says it plainly and links you to run a fresh scan — which takes a couple of minutes.
  • A way in when the gate won't open. Reports are private — they open with the email address they were sent to. If that's not working for you, the gate now shows the fix: email hello@itsremi.app and we'll sort it out.
  • The trust pages are in the footer. The scoreboard — our own sites' nightly accessibility scan results, published in the open — and book a call are now linked from every page's footer, along with where we're based (New York City).

Why it matters

The report is often the first thing a restaurant ever sees from us. If its edge cases mislead — a promise of a report that never comes, a locked gate with no way to ask for help — that's the first impression. These are small fixes, but they're the difference between a dead end and a next step.

Hit a dead end we haven't fixed yet? Run a scan and reply to the report email — we read every one.
